Mike Neil
Mike grew up in South San Francisco and has a degree in electrical engineering. He then went to work as an electrical manufacturing engineer. Soon he developed a desire for electrical construction and became a Journeyman electrician. Then, in 1986 on the eve of his first child being born, he started Allcom Electric. During the Dot Com era he became RCDD Certified. Mike has many passions primarily flying, which led him to obtain his pilot’s license in 2007. He also enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and spending time at Lake Don Pedro.
Susan Neil
Susan Neil has served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Partner of Allcom Electric since the company incorporated in 2003. Prior to that, she was the controller, human resource, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and marketing manager since joining Allcom Electric in 1988.
Her responsibilities and authority include: Contract execution, business planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. Procurement of banking lines, bonding, and insurance. She manages cash, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and human resources.
Susan grew up in Pacifica, ca. She studied Accounting and Finance at Hayward State University. Prior to joining Allcom Electric she worked in the Real Estate, Construction, and Development fields in varies capacities. In her free time, she volunteers at her church and enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, house boating, traveling, and flying with her husband Mike.
Nick Neil
Lloyd grew up in Sydney, Australia. His extensive expertise has evolved over the 15 years spent working within the electrical industry, beginning at a hands-on level as an apprentice, acquiring his licensing and certification at age 23, which quickly progressed with his knowledge and managerial ability moving into senior level estimator / project manager position in the tier 1 sector of construction. Throughout his 10 year career working in the capacity as an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager, he has acquired experience at all levels over a variety of diverse structures and sectors, from low density residential dwellings to large corporate office building tenant improvement, industrial factory premises, mine sites, military HV transmission upgrades, university campuses upgrades to hospital (OSHPD) redevelopment. Lloyds experience, knowledge and attention to detail makes him a great asset to ALLCOM electric. Lloyd enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and boating.
Luke Stickney

Ramona Dean
Ramona was born and raised in the heart of the bay. On the whole she is a “city girl”, being used to noisy crowds, warm and polluted days, but also lively and joyful nights. She is a big fun of art. When she was younger she wanted to be an interior decorator- the latter still being her unfilled dream. Nonetheless, the last fifteen years she has graduated from beauty school with a license to do hair. Ramona has worked in many different fields from bartending, car dealerships, saloons, to Dr. Offices. Ramona is fairly new to the electrical industry and hopes to grow into a great estimator. In her spare time she loves to travel, listen to music, dance, cook, eat, and goof around with her daughter. “Life is good.”
Karen Fortes
Karen grew up in San Jose CA. She has been working in the construction business for over 10 years where she has worked for various construction companies throughout the south bay. She began working for Allcom Electric in 2014 as a Contract Administrator. She enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, riding her horses, hiking trails, traveling and attending concerts, fairs and festivals.
Kevin Walter
Kevin joined Allcom Electric as an estimator and project manager after working for a few different general contractors. As he graduated from San Jose State with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, he worked in both the accounting departments and operational departments of these companies. As he quickly learned, sitting behind a desk all day was not the best fit. He enjoys getting out on job sites and communicating with both the employees in the field and with customers. Recently he has become a certified acceptance test technician by the NLCAA.
Derrick O'Neill
Derrick joined the Allcom team in 2009 as a certified journeyman electrician. His years spent in the field statewide, developed strong project management skills, and his desire to further his education in an ever changing industry. Derrick currently holds a Title 24 Certified Acceptance Test Technician designation from the NLCAA.
