Since its inception Allcom Electric Inc. has provided high quality electrical construction even on the most complex electrical projects and systems. Our quality is a direct result of our focus on the mastery of the latest technologies and use of innovative and emerging delivery methods. By utilizing prefabricated materials, specifically tailored material packs, and advanced project analysis tools we are able to increase quality craftsmanship while decreasing costs and schedules.
We are experienced in all types of construction including large and small multi-unit new and rehab construction, large site and utility projects, building shell construction, tenant improvements, and system infrastructure projects.
See our project portfolio for a brief summary of our projects.

Low-Voltage Design

Designing and installing fire alarm systems, CCTV, Access Control and DAS Systems. These are all related to low voltage systems that are required for large multiunit complexes.

Benchmarking

Allcom Electric is continuously looking ahead of the innovation curve and searching for opportunities that can increase performance, efficiency, and lower costs. Benchmarking is one way in which we do this. By installing state of the art electronic meters we are able to benchmark your buildings energy usage compared to that of similar buildings.

This is an important way to understand your buildings energy performance and a first step in managing energy costs. The final output of our benchmarking report includes recommendation on management techniques and technology solutions to lower your energy costs and reduce your carbon footprint.

Service Work

At Allcom Electric we are always available to meet your needs. With our 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year guarantee. We can be anywhere you need us, whenever you need us. Our emergency technicians are each equipped with most of the materials and equipment necessary to solve any emergency service issue, we are able to respond and handle any of the items listed below at a moment’s notice:

  • Additional or Upgraded Power
  • Emergency Power Generation
  • Lighting
  • Repair of Electrical Equipment
  • Warranty Work
  • General Wiring
Maintenance Services

Another side of our Service Division is maintenance; todays facilities rely on electricity to an extent that makes a loss of power equate to a near total loss of productivity. Computers, networks, office machines, and building systems cannot operate without electricity which makes power outages not only inconvenient, but costly. Our technicians are trained to maintain and keep your existing systems operating at optimal levels. Allcom Electric Services include:

  • Maintenance Services
  • Power distribution
  • Generators
  • UPS
  • Voice and Data
  • Fire detection & Alarms
  • Lighting & Controls
  • Arc flash hazard analysis
  • Disaster recovery
  • Energy efficiency services
  • Infrared thermography
  • Load-bank testing
  • Conduit locating
  • Power quality services

Recent studies indicate that every $1 spent on maintenance saves $3 in repair costs. Combined with the savings resulting from increased energy efficiency and decreased systems down time, effective maintenance programs can bring substantial returns on investments. Allcom Electric not only gets your systems back up and running quickly but can do it any time of the day, no matter what.

Thermal Imaging Services

Allcom Electric, Inc. Thermal Imaging electrical inspections find hot spots caused by defects in connections and components. Increased resistance can lead to excess heat. Allcom Electric’s Thermal Imaging services find hot spots and resolve the issue before a component fails, causing damage to the component, creating safety hazards and productivity loss. Because increased heat is a warning for failure, Thermal Imaging is the best diagnostic tool available for finding these hot connections early on.
